Payment terms & California notice

Plan terms and delivery. Payment options are subject to availability and a written agreement with Tandy Consulting Inc. The monthly plan includes a $1,000 deposit and a $250 processing fee, disclosed in your agreement before enrollment. Automatic charges require separate authorization. Final product delivery is 10 days after Tandy Consulting Inc. receives final cleared payment. For approved Affirm financing, this means full payment received from Affirm, not your final installment to Affirm. Financing approval, rates, fees, and repayment terms are determined by the provider.

No-refund policy. Except where a refund is required by applicable law, all payments for services performed and fees lawfully earned are final and nonrefundable. No voluntary refunds are offered for those amounts. This policy does not permit retention of unearned amounts where a refund is legally required.

Default and collections. If you default under your signed payment agreement, services and final delivery may be suspended to the extent permitted by law. Amounts already paid will be retained and forfeited only to the extent they represent lawfully earned fees or legally enforceable damages under your agreement; no automatic forfeiture penalty applies. Any remaining legally due balance may be referred to an outside collection agency, subject to required notices and applicable law. Payments already received will be credited when calculating the amount owed. Collection costs or other charges will be added only if authorized by your agreement and permitted by law.

California protections. These terms are subject to applicable California and federal law. Nothing in this notice waives nonwaivable consumer rights, legally required refunds, or rights to dispute a debt. Any retention of payments or damages must comply with California Civil Code section 1671 and other applicable law; collection activity must comply with applicable debt-collection laws. This webpage does not replace your signed engagement or payment agreement.
